Please read these terms carefully before using our services. They govern your relationship with TalentBridge UK Ltd.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TalentBridge UK website located at www.talentbridgeuk.co.uk and all related services provided by TalentBridge UK Ltd ("TalentBridge UK", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing our website, registering as a candidate, submitting a CV, registering as an employer, or engaging our recruitment services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
TalentBridge UK Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 06187234. Registered office: 25 Bishopsgate, London, EC2N 3AQ. VAT number: GB 234 5678 90.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
To use our full candidate services, you must be at least 16 years of age and have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom or hold an appropriate visa. By submitting your CV or registering an account, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, complete, and current.
You are responsible for ensuring all information you provide to us — including your CV, qualifications, employment history, and right-to-work status — is truthful and accurate. Knowingly providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in termination of your registration and notification to relevant authorities.
As a candidate, you agree to:
TalentBridge UK's services are provided to candidates at no cost. We do not charge candidates registration fees, placement fees, or any other charges at any stage of the recruitment process. We are remunerated by clients upon successful placement.
By requesting candidates or issuing a purchase order, you accept these Terms and any specific terms set out in our written proposal or service agreement. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific service agreement, the specific agreement shall prevail.
Clients agree to: conduct recruitment processes in accordance with applicable employment law including the Equality Act 2010; handle candidate data provided by TalentBridge UK in accordance with UK GDPR; provide timely feedback following interviews; and not approach candidates introduced by TalentBridge UK directly for a period of 12 months without engaging us as intermediary.
While TalentBridge UK takes reasonable steps to verify candidate information and suitability, the Client retains responsibility for conducting its own reference checks, qualification verification, and assessment of suitability for the role prior to making an offer of employment.
Where TalentBridge UK supplies temporary workers, the Client acknowledges that TalentBridge UK is the employer of record for the duration of the assignment. The Client is responsible for providing a safe working environment, appropriate supervision, and any site-specific induction required. The Client must not engage a temporary worker directly without agreement in writing from TalentBridge UK.
Engagement of any candidate introduced by TalentBridge UK, whether temporary or permanent, without notifying us constitutes a breach of these Terms and will render the full permanent placement fee payable immediately.
Our fees for permanent placements are calculated as a percentage of the placed candidate's first-year base salary, as agreed in writing prior to commencement of the search. Our standard fee rates are:
All fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
Invoices for permanent placements are payable within 30 days of the candidate's start date. For retained executive search assignments, fees are payable in three equal tranches: on engagement, on shortlist presentation, and on placement. Late payment will attract interest at the rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
A rebate applies if a placed candidate terminates or is dismissed (other than for redundancy) within the guarantee period:
Rebates are only available where the original invoice has been paid in full and the Client has complied with these Terms throughout.
Temporary worker charge rates are agreed in writing prior to commencement of the assignment and are invoiced weekly. Timesheets must be approved by the Client's authorised signatory. Disputed timesheets must be raised within 5 working days of invoice receipt.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TalentBridge UK's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the fees paid by you to TalentBridge UK in the 12 months preceding the claim.
TalentBridge UK shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email and posted on our website. Your continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
