Where we are required to process your data to comply with a legal obligation — for example, right-to-work checks required under the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006, or tax reporting obligations.

We engage carefully selected third-party processors to support our operations, including: cloud hosting and IT infrastructure providers; CRM and applicant tracking software providers; payroll processing services; background screening providers. All processors operate under Data Processing Agreements and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
We may disclose data where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority — for example, to HMRC, the Home Office, or law enforcement agencies where we are legally compelled to do so.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business, personal data held by us may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections and notification to data subjects where required.
