What is included in your 3-month replacement guarantee? +
If a candidate placed by TalentBridge UK leaves within 90 days of their start date, or is terminated for performance reasons, we will conduct a free search to find a suitable replacement. This guarantee covers all permanent placements made through our service. The only exceptions are redundancy or significant changes in the role or company structure.
