TalentBridge UK was founded in 2008 by recruitment veterans who believed there was a better way to connect talented people with the right employers. In a sector often criticised for being transactional, we set out to build something different — a recruitment consultancy built on genuine relationships, deep sector knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to doing right by both candidates and clients.
Starting from a single office in London's Canary Wharf with a team of just six consultants, we have grown into one of the UK's most respected mid-market and executive recruitment agencies, with offices in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, and Birmingham.
Today, with over 50 specialist consultants, more than 2,800 employer partners, and 25,000+ successful placements to our name, we remain as committed to that founding mission as ever.
